Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Operations Crew Supervisor for the Fishers Event Center. You will oversee daily venue operations, supervise crews, and ensure safety, efficiency, and event readiness during sporting events, concerts, and family shows.

You will coordinate event conversions, manage maintenance tasks, and collaborate with Event Management to meet timelines. Strong leadership, communication, and CMMS experience are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Facility Management or related field preferred; OR 3–5 years in arena/event ops.
• Experience with CMMS/work order systems and asset management software.
• Experience leading event conversions and operational crews preferred.
• Ice maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee event conversions for all configurations and maintain setup/teardown checklists.
• Directly supervise Operations Crew Members and coordinate staffing resources and scheduling.
• Administer maintenance programs, coordinate repairs, and manage asset inventories.
