Job summary

Legends Global, located at the Fishers Event Center, seeks an Operations Crew Supervisor to manage day-to-day arena operations, oversee crews, and ensure safety and readiness for sporting events, concerts, and family shows.

You will lead staff, coordinate labor, and drive maintenance and safety programs to deliver high‑quality events while staying compliant with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or 3–5 years facility/event operations experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with CMMS or asset management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee event conversions for all configurations.
• Develop, distribute, and execute event setup and teardown checklists.
• Serve as the operational liaison between Event Management and Operations staff.
• Assist in ice maintenance and rink systems related maintenance and repair.
• Ensure event spaces are prepared per specifications and timelines.
• Participate in pre-event, event-day, and post-event operational meetings.
• Monitor event readiness and resolve issues during events.
