Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL in Fishers, IN is seeking an Operations Crew Supervisor to oversee day-to-day facility and event operations within the arena. You will supervise crew members and temporary labor, ensure safety and event readiness, and liaise between event management and operations teams to execute conversions and maintenance.

The role supports ice maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, work orders, and asset inventories, while guiding staff, scheduling, and training.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Facility Management or related field preferred; OR Minimum 3-5 years of facility, arena, stadium, convention center, or event operations experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with CMMS, work order platforms, or asset management software preferred.
• Experience leading event conversions and operational crews strongly preferred.
• Experience with ice maintenance and/or ice resurfacing machine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee event conversions for all configurations.
• Develop and execute event setup/teardown checklists.
• Serve as liaison between Event Management and Operations staff.
• Assist in ice maintenance and related systems maintenance.
• Ensure spaces prepared to event specifications and timelines.
• Participate in pre-event, event-day, and post-event meetings.
• Monitor readiness and resolve operational issues during events.
• Directly supervise Operations Crew Members and coordinate staffing.
• Develop daily work schedules and assign tasks.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Ensure safety procedures and policies are followed.
• Administer work orders and track completion; manage preventive maintenance.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and asset inventories; coordinate repairs.
• Document incidents; support OSHA safety initiatives.
• Maintain records, reports, and budgeting inputs; support process improvements.
