Job summary

Legends Global in Fishers, IN is seeking an Operations Crew Supervisor to manage daily arena operations, oversee crew members, and coordinate event configurations. The role supports event readiness, maintenance, and safety in a fast-paced venue environment.

The supervisor will lead labor resources, schedule tasks, ensure adherence to policies, and collaborate with Event Management to deliver premium guest experiences during sporting events, concerts, and family shows.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Facility Management, Operations Management, Sports Management, or related field preferred; OR 3–5 years of facility/arena/event operations experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with CMMS, work order platforms, or asset management software preferred.
• Experience leading event conversions and operational crews strongly preferred.
• Experience with ice maintenance and/or ice resurfacing machine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Operations Crew Members and coordinate staffing resources.
• Oversee event conversions and develop setup/teardown checklists.
• Administer work orders and preventive maintenance programs.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and inventory related to operations.
