Legends is seeking a Conversion Crew Lead to supervise event conversions and ensure safe, timely setups for sports, entertainment, and concerts at Desert Diamond Arena. You will guide a small team through nightly changes and daily tasks, coordinating with operations and event managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced arena environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Physically perform and assist with event setups, changeovers, and daily operations.
• Lead a small team of part-time staff through conversions and ensure safety.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and Event Manager for each event.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require.
