Responsibilities

• Deliver superior guest service and maintain safety protocols.
• Assist guests in locating seats and provide extra help as needed.
• Provide elevator service to different levels when required.
• Monitor crowd flow and assist in emergencies as needed.
• Maintain clear aisles and a clean, safe environment.
• Enforce arena rules and show courtesy to guests and staff.
