Job summary

Oak View Group in Pittsburgh seeks a Building Security Officer dedicated to providing excellence in guest service while ensuring safety at the PPG Paints Arena. This role involves staffing the Employee Entrance and Command Post, paying $19.00 per hour.

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, responding to security issues, and ensuring adherence to all safety guidelines. Previous security experience is preferred, and you must maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications

• Prior security experience required; experience in large venue preferred.
• Professional presentation and work ethic are essential.
• Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior guest service while ensuring proper security protocols.
• Respond to security issues and assist staff and visitors.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with building guidelines.

Skills

Strong customer service skills

Education
