Job summary

Oak View Group’s Greeter position welcomes guests and directs them to their destinations during events at the PPG Paints Arena. The role is paid at an hourly rate of $16.87 (per CBA) and requires union membership upon invitation after a 90-day probation.

This opening will remain posted until October 16, 2026, and emphasizes delivering superior guest service, enforcing building rules, and maintaining safety and orderly crowd flow.

Qualifications

• Ability to work irregular hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff, including management.
• Must join the union after 90‑day probation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior guest service while ensuring proper building and governmental protocols are being followed.
• Provide directional assistance to guests by being knowledgeable about locations throughout the facility, as well as assist with crowd flow.
• Keep area clear of debris/spills to ensure a safe environment.
• Enforce rules and regulations of the building.
• Provide courtesy, respect, and professionalism to all guests and fellow employees.
