Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a full-time Utility Worker for the PPG Paints Arena in Western Pennsylvania. The role maintains facility maintenance and prepares/tears down events, with an hourly rate of $33.35 per the union contract. Work hours are overnight (10pm–7am) with weekends and some holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains facility, including painting and general labor.
• Prepares for events, including installation and removal of dasher board system, staging, and seating.
• Snow removal and exterior maintenance, including operation of plow truck and forklift as needed.
• Summer garden tasks: mowing, weeding, trimming with a motorized trimmer.
• Implements corrective actions and solutions to facility needs.
• Ensures tasks are completed on time and meet company standards.
• Follows procedures for Work Order and Maintenance Manager Systems.
• Adheres to OSHA, NFPA, and other safety codes.
