Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience and appropriate insurance licensing required.
• Alternatively, Bachelor's degree with Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP) and insurance licensing.
• High School Diploma/GED with 6 years experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develops and acquires new business revenue from clients, including small to mid-size companies.
• Provides service to clients according to their needs and retains them as clients.
• Participates in team sales situations with other producers and support personnel.
• Manages client relationships with day-to-day account management support.
• Educates and develops other staff in new client sales and account service.
