Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years related experience.
• Property & Casualty Insurance sales licensing required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Retain and expand a book of business identified by local management.
• Coordinate involvement of service, loss control and leadership to meet objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve client and company goals.
• Lead stewardship reviews and drive profitable growth for Gallagher.
