Job summary

Gallagher is seeking professionals to drive new business revenue with a focus on small to mid-size clients, while delivering tailored service to retain relationships. You will collaborate with producers and support staff on team sales opportunities, manage key client relationships with day-to-day account service, and help educate and develop colleagues in new client sales and service processes.

Preferred candidates hold professional designations (CEBS, CPCU, CIC, ARM) and a degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 1 year related experience OR 6 years with high school diploma.
• Insurance licensing or eligibility for licensing.
• Professional designations such as CEBS, CPCU, CIC, or ARM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and acquires new business revenue with emphasis on small to mid-size clients.
• Provides service to clients according to their needs, retaining them as clients.
• Participate in team sales situations with other producers and support personnel.
• May manage overall client relationships and is supported by day-to-day account management.
• Assists, educates and develops other staff in new client sales and account service.
• Applies industry technologies to new sales and account service; maintains interdivisional relationships.
