Ross Stores is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee a specific store area and support the Store Leadership in daily operations. The role includes opening/closing the store, supervising Associates, ensuring merchandise presentation, and maintaining a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.

The Area Supervisor will manage safety, customer service, and daily front-end operations while upholding company best practices and loss prevention guidelines.

Formación

• Supervisory experience required in retail or similar environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent English with clear, professional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain safe, secure store environment and open/close procedures.
• Supervise Associates and ensure proper merchandising and cleanliness.
• Lead front-end operations, cashier processes, and break scheduling.
• Assist with loss prevention and ensure compliance with store policies.
• Execute and supervise company operational processes as needed.
