Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations and Associates during Manager on Duty shifts.
• Maintain safe, secure, clean and well-merchandised store environment.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Manage merchandising, stockroom tasks and front-end processes.
