Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and clean work area.
• Execute and supervise operational processes as needed.
• Lead Front End operations to expedite customer service.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and policies.
• Monitor loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Assist with payroll and scheduling as needed.
