Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe and secure shopping environments and ensures compliance with loss prevention policies.
• Trains and coaches associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
• Oversees front-end operations and customer flow to minimize wait times.
• Ensures merchandise presentation, stockroom organization and timely back-stock processing.
• Performs administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager, including payroll-related tasks.
