Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations used in retail.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates during shifts.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized store environment with proper merchandising.
• Lead and supervise Store operations and ensure adherence to company processes.
• Represent Ross Leadership and demonstrate integrity in interactions with customers and Associates.
• Oversee Front End operations to maintain speed and accuracy at checkout.
• Assist in loss prevention and safety initiatives across the store.
