Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee a specific store area and general store operations when on duty. You will open/close the store, supervise associates, ensure a clean, well-merchandised, and safe shopping environment, and execute company processes as needed.

Key duties include maintaining safety, delivering strong customer service, merchandising, loss prevention, and front-end operations while training and coaching staff. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.
• Supervise Associates and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Keep store clean and merchandised to standards and assist with daily operations.
• Assist with merchandising, back room organization, and loss prevention.
