Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supervise Associates, and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and keep the store clean and organized.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes as needed.
• Maintain safe and secure environments and protect store assets.
• Lead front-end processes to meet company standards and manage customer wait times.
• Train and coach Associates on cash handling and loss prevention practices.
