Job summary

Ross-Dress-For-Less is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead a designated store area, oversee daily operations during Manager on Duty shifts, and uphold the company’s guest-focused standards. You will ensure merchandise presentation, front-end efficiency, safety, and adherence to Loss Prevention policies while coaching team members.

Ideal candidates will have strong supervisory experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Store Associates and oversee daily operations as Manager on Duty.
• Open and close the store and ensure a friendly, well-run environment.
• Maintain safe, secure shopping environment and correct unsafe conditions.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation, stockroom organization and signage per standards.
• Enforce Loss Prevention awareness and company policies across the store.
