Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and English fluency are required.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations used in retail.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise associates.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and clean work area.
• Maintain safe and secure environment and follow LP policies.
• Train and coach associates on cash registers and policies.
• Manage front-end operations and checkout efficiency.
• Oversee stockroom, merchandising, and back-stock.
