Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Store, supervising Associates and managing daily operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping environment.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and stockroom organization meet Company standards.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
• Oversee front-end operations to minimize customer wait times and uphold checkout accuracy.
• Perform payroll-related tasks and assist with administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
