• Open and close the store and supervise Associates.
• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment; correct unsafe conditions.
• Ensure merchandise presentation is maintained and back-stock organized.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
• Control break schedules and payroll administration as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Perform administrative duties and support store leadership as needed.
