Ross Stores is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead a defined store area and oversee daily operations while on duty. You will supervise associates, ensure safety, maintain presentation, and execute store processes to support a superior customer experience.

You will drive front-end efficiency, losses prevention, and merchandising standards, coaching staff and managing scheduling to meet business needs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

• Maintains safety and security on the sales floor.
• Ensures a safe and secure shopping environment for everyone.
• Oversees security of building and cash office.
• Maintains store cleanliness and merchandising to standard.
