Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Area Supervisors supervise Associates and maintain the Store operations when acting as Manager on Duty.
• Open and close the Store, supervise Associates, and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and a clean work area at all times.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes as needed.
• Maintain safety and security on the sales floor and in stockrooms.
• Oversee front-end operations, training, and coaching of cashiers and floor staff.
