Qualifications

• 1+ years professional experience in retail environments required.
• Experience in customer service, training, and merchandise ordering/receiving/stocking preferred.
• Availability to work nights and weekends, 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Champion exceptional customer service for diverse clientele and foster a welcoming environment.
• Bridge between customers and corporate customer service for effective resolutions.
• Promote company initiatives (donations, loyalty programs, promotions).
• Create effective work schedules for the assigned area.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure task completion.
• Support training for store associates and opportunities for growth.
• Manage merchandise presentation and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Maintain signage and ticketing, manage backroom stock and sales floor flow.
• Verify pricing accuracy of incoming shipments and report discrepancies.
• Identify priority items and display effectively.
• Handle packouts, Returns to Warehouse, transfers, recalls, and returns per policy.
• Uphold store safety and maintenance standards.
• Open/close procedures when designated and operate a cash register as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
