Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supervise associates, and maintain a friendly shopping environment.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, cleanliness, and store safety.
• Train and coach associates on cash registers and loss-prevention practices.
• Manage backroom organization, stock, and back-stock processing.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
