Responsibilities

• Oversee a specific area of the store and assist with overall store operations when acting as Manager on Duty.
• Open and close the store; supervise associates; maintain a friendly, easy‑to‑shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and a clean work area at all times; execute company processes as needed.
• Maintain loss prevention awareness and front‑end operations to meet company standards.
• Train and coach associates on cash registers, shortage control, and front‑end procedures.
• Manage payroll administration and daily scheduling; oversee cash pulls and deposits as required.
• Perform administrative duties assigned by the Store Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety and store policies; support back‑room organization and stockroom upkeep.
