Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a Store Supervisor to join our team in Guam. You will be part of the Store Leadership, responsible for opening/closing, supervising Associates, and maintaining a friendly, easy-to-shop environment while ensuring proper merchandise presentation and a clean work area.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and adherence to company procedures. You will support Front End operations, loss prevention, and administrative duties under the Store Manager's guidance.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates as the Manager on Duty.
• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment and ensure safety procedures.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and clean, organized stockrooms.
• Lead front end operations, train cashiers, and manage break schedules.
• Oversee loss prevention, handling of receipts and safety protocols.
• Support administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
