Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates.
• Maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment and ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Maintain a clean work area and execute company operational processes.
• Provide front-end supervision and ensure Associates follow cash handling and checkout procedures.
• Oversee safety, loss prevention, and back-room organization; promote a secure store environment.
• Support merchandising, stockroom upkeep, and daily floor recovery.
