Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and supervise team during assigned shifts.
• Supervise Associates and ensure a friendly, neat shopping environment.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and clean work area to Company standards.
• Execute Company best practices and loss prevention procedures.
• Coordinate front-end operations and ensure efficient customer flow.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
