Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment and report unsafe conditions.
• Ensure building security and monitor safety practices on the sales floor.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and recognize associates.
• Represent the Ross brand with a professional appearance and adherence to dress code.
• Lead merchandising and stockroom tasks to standard and minimize loss.
