Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store, supervise associates, and manage operations as Manager on Duty.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and clean work areas.
• Execute loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Provide front-end supervision and coaching on cash handling.
• Maintain staffing and payroll administration.
• Supervise stockrooms, back stock, and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
