Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety and security on the sales floor and in all store areas.
• Supervises Associates and ensures a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Represents the Ross brand and enforces dress code and store standards.
• Manages merchandising, back stock, receiving, and stockroom organization.
• Executes front-end operations, cash handling coaching, and customer flow management.
• Performs payroll administration and other supervisory duties as assigned.
