Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure store environment and prevents loss.
• Supervises associates and ensures store operations run smoothly.
• Ensures merchandise is presented and stocked according to standards.
• Trains and coaches Associates on cash handling and front-end procedures.
• Manages front-end pace to reduce customer wait times.
• Performs administrative duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
