Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe, secure shopping environment and ensures customer safety.
• Trains and coaches Associates, manages cash registers, and enforces front-end procedures.
• Supervises daily merchandising, stockroom organization, back-stock handling and stock replenishment.
• Controls break schedules, ensures the Go-Backs are properly scanned, tagged and ticketed.
• Performs administrative duties such as payroll edits and scheduling as directed by Store Manager.
• Supports Loss Prevention through customer engagement and adherence to policies.
