Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store, supervises associates, and maintains a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Ensures proper merchandise presentation and keeps stockrooms organized and clean.
• Manages front-end operations, loss prevention, and safety procedures.
• Trains and coaches associates on cash registers, shortage control, and store policies.
• Supports daily merchandising tasks, back stock management, and floor moves.
