Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe and secure environment on the sales floor.
• Trains and coaches Associates on cash registers and front end procedures.
• Manages store operations and associates as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Oversees merchandise presentation, stockroom organization, and back stock control.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and loss prevention measures.
• Executes administrative duties including payroll and scheduling as required.
