Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure store environment and ensure safety is prioritized.
• Lead and supervise Associates to deliver friendly customer service.
• Oversee merchandising presentation and daily store readiness.
• Manage front-end operations and cashier processes to meet efficiency targets.
• Coordinate stockroom activities and back-room operations.
• Enforce loss prevention policies and company procedures.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager.
