Job summary

Responsibilities include enforcing company standards, merchandising, front-end supervision, and adherence to loss prevention practices to maintain store performance and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills required.
• Fluency in English required.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and secure environment on the sales floor.
• Supervise Associates and ensure smooth front-end operations.
• Assist with merchandise presentation, stockroom organization and loss prevention.
