Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure store environment and report unsafe conditions.
• Supervise Associates, open/close the store, and support management as Manager on Duty.
• Ensure merchandise presentation is maintained and the store is clean and organized.
• Execute and supervise Company procedures in daily operations and front-end duties.
• Perform payroll-related duties and general administrative tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Support loss prevention initiatives and uphold Company policies throughout the shift.
