Ross Stores is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee a specific store area and supervise associates during Store Manager on Duty shifts. The role includes opening/closing the store, ensuring safe operations, and maintaining a customer-friendly environment.

Responsibilities cover merchandising, loss prevention, front-end operations, and administrative duties to keep the store running smoothly and the brand strong both in presentation and service.

Formación

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations used in retail.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
