Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe and secure store environment and enforcing safety procedures.
• Providing excellent customer service and upholding professional appearance and dress code.
• Overseeing merchandising, stockroom organization and back-stock processing to Company standards.
• Loss prevention duties including monitoring for shrink and ensuring security measures.
• Front end supervision, coaching cashiers, and managing breaks and staffing as needed.
• Administrative duties as assigned by Store Manager, including payroll-related tasks and scheduling.
