Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety on the sales floor and responds to unsafe conditions.
• Ensures a safe and secure shopping environment and corrects unsafe conditions.
• Oversees security and loss prevention processes.
• Trains and coaches Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
• Ensures merchandise presentation and stockroom organization.
• Oversees front-end operations to expedite customers.
• Manages administrative duties and payroll as assigned.
