Workstream is seeking an experienced District Manager – Multi-Unit for a fast casual dining franchisee. You will oversee multiple restaurant locations, drive operational excellence, develop leadership talent, and maximize financial performance while ensuring top-tier guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of multi-unit or district-level experience in restaurant or food service management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Leadership & Talent Development across locations by recruiting, coaching, and developing Restaurant Managers.

• Own guest experience by ensuring consistent service and addressing guest concerns.
• Analyze sales, labor, and cost trends to identify opportunities and improve profitability.
• Set clear expectations, track KPIs, and manage performance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Talent Development

• Recruit, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers
• Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession plan across locations
• Hold management teams accountable for performance and results

Operational Excellence

• Ensure consistent execution of company standards, including food safety, quality, and facility maintenance
• Drive operational improvements through adherence to systems and processes
• Lead the rollout and execution of new products and initiatives

Guest Experience

• Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all locations
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest concerns
• Coach teams to exceed guest expectations
• Analyze sales, labor, and cost trends to identify opportunities
• Develop and execute strategies to improve profitability
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs)

Performance Management

• Set clear expectations and measurable goals for each location
• Track and improve employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement
• Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
