Job summary

Workstream in Concord, NH seeks an Area Coach (District Manager) for multi-unit oversight in fast casual dining. You will lead restaurant leadership development, ensure consistent guest experiences, and drive profitability across locations.

The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and implementation of company standards, with a focus on sales growth, labor control, and KPI achievement across districts. Monday–Friday schedule with field responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of multi-unit or district-level restaurant or food service management experience.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams, improve guest satisfaction, and drive sales and profitability.
• Strong leadership, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

A large and rapidly growing casual dining franchisee is seeking an experienced Area Coach (District Manager) to oversee multiple restaurant locations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing leadership talent, ensuring consistent guest experiences, and maximizing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Talent Development

• Recruit, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers
• Build a strong leadership pipeline and succession plan across locations
• Hold management teams accountable for performance and results

Operational Excellence

• Ensure consistent execution of company standards, including food safety, quality, and facility maintenance
• Drive operational improvements through adherence to systems and processes
• Lead the rollout and execution of new products and initiatives

Guest Experience

• Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all locations
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest concerns
