Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, supervise Associates, and maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Execute and supervise company operational processes as needed.
• Maintain safety and security on the sales floor; respond to incidents and alarms.
• Lead front-end operations, cashier procedures, and shortage control policies.
• Coach and develop Associates to meet Ross standards and drive performance.
