Ross Stores seeks an Area Supervisor to oversee a defined store area and overall operations as Manager on Duty. You will open/close the store, supervise associates, and ensure a welcoming, well-presented shopping environment.

You will lead safety, customer service, and merchandising efforts, enforcing company standards and loss prevention while supporting a fast-paced, team-driven store culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
