The area supervisor will lead front-end activities, ensure safety, and execute company processes to maximize store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as assigned.
• Supervise Associates and maintain a safe, organized sales floor.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and keep areas clean and stocked.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes as needed.
• Manage front-end operations to minimize customer wait times.
• Support loss prevention and ensure adherence to policies.
