Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as assigned. Supervise associates and ensure a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Maintain proper merchandise presentation and cleanliness to company standards.
• Execute and supervise operational processes and loss-prevention practices.
• Train and coach associates on cash registers and checkout procedures.
• Manage front-end operations to expedite customer lines and improve service speed.
• Coordinate stockroom and backroom activities to support merchandising needs.
